The mayor of Paradise, Kevin's mom, and Randall's ex-wife. Tough, ambitious, and not exactly winning Mother of the Year, but she runs this town. |

A redneck lowlife who runs a filthy crackhouse and is tangled up in the argyle meth trade, yet stays weirdly chummy with Kevin. The slightly smarter of the two. |

Robby's cross-eyed, monotone 'brother' and partner in crime. A few crayons short of a box, but loyal. Talks in a fast, flat mumble. |

Voiced by Roger Black [ BIG BAD ]
The shadowy kingpin mastermind behind the whole argyle meth epidemic. Legend says he chewed off eight of his own toes while high, hence the name. |

A rambling man who lives under the highway and occasionally helps the department. Somehow he's often the most level-headed person in all of Paradise. |

The slick, genuinely competent chief of the rival Diamond City PD, and Randall's arch-nemesis. Everything Randall wishes he could be. |

The cool, no-nonsense federal agent who keeps turning up to clean up the messes the Paradise PD can't handle. Not amused by any of them. |

A chaotic little mutant 'child' who speaks only in his own name (a language fans call Dobaneese) and has been known to level the entire town. Pure id. |
